We’re looking for a qualified Head of SME Business
Basic Job Functions:
> Leadership of the operation team
> Management of branch operations to ensure the smooth running of branches
> Maintaining the required number of staff and ensuring customer retention
> Maintaining an acceptable portfolio at risk as per company standards
> Contribute to strategic business plan
> Innovative, to keep the business competitive.
> Bringing change to the business and solving various challenges
> Management of our various branches by overseeing good business operations
Desired Qualifications:
Education: Minimum of Bachelor Degree in a Business related field from any recognized university.
Proven working experience of at least two years.
Excellent functional skills
