About us,
The Judicial Service Commission is a body created in accordance with
paragraph 112 (1) of the Constitution of the United Republic of Tanzania for the year
1977. In addition, Judicial Administration Act No. 4/2011 gives the Commission
of Judicial Service responsible for recruiting staff of various cadres
of the Court of Tanzania and its other responsibilities.
Thus, the Judicial Service Commission is announcing to Tanzanians with
The qualifications are listed below for each job position and who are ready
to work in the Courts of Tanzania in various Regions to bring
their job application.
1.0 Protector TGOS. A - (Position 32)
1.1 Features of entry: -
Applicants must have completed a fourth form graduate
Ranger / Police / JKT or Fire Training from the college
recognized by the Government.
1.2 Tasks to do:
(i) Ensuring that any office property delivered at the gate
(out of office) has a certificate of approval.
(ii) Ensuring that all property entered at the gate is certified
its validity.
(iii) To protect the security of buildings, offices and office property during the day and
at night.
(iv) Ensuring that all doors and windows are closed
accordingly at the end of working hours.
(v) Ensuring that all visitors entering the area of
the office authorizes them to do so.
(vi) To deal with any disasters that may occur in the area
of work such as fire, flood n.k. and reporting in
relevant agencies such as police and fire brigades.
(vii) Provide advice on how to improve local security services
at work.

2.0 Office Assistant TGOS. A - (Position 6)
2.1 Features of Intervention;
Applicants must have successfully completed Form Four
English, Swahili and Mathematics lessons.
2.2 Tasks to do;
(i) To clean the office and the external and internal environment if any
as well as sweeping, dusting, decking, cutting grass
garden weeding, watering the garden, planting flowers or
trees and cleaning toilets,
(ii) To collect and send files and other documents to officers
responsible for returning the relevant parts,
(iii) Distribute office letters as directed,
(iv) Preparing office tea,
(v) To send a postal bag and pick up a letter from the Post Office,
(vi) Ensuring that office equipment is kept in place
worthy,
(vii) Opening office doors and windows in the morning and
in the evening to close them after working hours,
(viii) Duplicating letters or publications on machines
duplicate,
(ix) Filing a copy of printed letters in the office
contained,
(x) Maintaining office equipment and reporting any breakdowns.
3.0 Application letters should be handwritten by the applicant and attached: -
- Shadows of all certificates of education and training.
- Summary of applicant information (CV).
- Shadow of birth certificate.
- Two (Passport size) photos recently taken that
names are written behind it.
4.0 In addition, it is emphasized that: -
4.1 Applicants to be Citizens of Tanzania.
4.2 Applicants must be at least 18 years old and not older
44 and he has never been convicted of any criminal offense or
imprisonment.
4.3 All applications should be submitted to the Administrative Secretary of the district in which he resides

4.4 Copies of applicants' certificates shall be certified by an Attorney
4.5 Applicants who have resigned from the Public Service should report
that they resigned from the Government and the reason for doing so.
4.6 Applicants who will be interviewed and hired will be
staff of the Court of Tanzania and be ready to be appointed

4.7 Applicants who have studied abroad have their certificates verified by
TCU / NACTE failing to comply with this request
will not be addressed.
4.8 Applicants who have undergone Computer training should attach certificates
of such training.
4.9 Applicants should write down all three of their names at length.
4.10 Applicants should write the job vacancy they are applying for
envelopes that will use their application.
4.11 Applicants who have been dismissed / fired in
Public Service should not pray.
4.12 Applicants who do not have the qualifications mentioned and who will not comply
the conditions mentioned above their application will not be processed.
5.0 Applicants who will lie about the limitation of their qualifications
their will not be addressed. Moreover, if it is detected even after
hired applicant to have other job-related qualifications
he requested, he may be dismissed from the job including dismissal
strict legal action for providing false information.,
