Marketing Officers
TELESECURITY COMPANY LIMITED is among the leading Local Security Companies, established in the early 2001, The company is based in Dar es salaam with Operational Branches in more than ten regions in Tanzania including Dodoma, Mwanza, Kigoma, Kilimanjaro, Morogoro, Mtwara, Shinyanga, Kigoma, Tanga, Lushoto, Arusha, Tabora, Singida and Zanzibar.
The company has a vast experience in Physical security, Electronic security and other security services like Canine unit (KU), Money Escort, fire alarms, Electronic fence, Electronic gates, CCTV camera installations and monitoring as well as Intruder alarm and Car track systems.
MARKETING OFFICERS 3 positions
Key Role: Identifying potential new customers and closing deals.
Location: Dar es Salaam, Mwanza, Mbeya
Salary: Negotiable
In order to strengthen its operations the company is seeking a suitably qualified Tanzanian to fill the following vacancy:
Responsibilities:
- > Client retention strategies and active management of attrition
- > Responsible for managing the existing customer base and in addition they will be expected to cross-sell products and services among the existing accounts
- > Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies that ensures sustained business growth
- > Analysis of the effectiveness of all marketing efforts
- > Managing social media platforms, developing and executing social media marketing strategies.
- > Develop relationships at a variety of levels within prospect customer organization to create active sales pipeline.
- > Conduct market research to find answers about consumer requirements, habits and trends
- > Liaise with external vendors to execute promotional events and campaigns
- > Collaborate with marketing and other professionals to coordinate brand awareness and marketing efforts
- > Conducting a Door to Door Sales and Marketing on different sites ie: Govt & Private Institutions, Schools, Private Houses, Warehouses, Bars & Restaurants etc
- > Undertake individual tasks of a marketing plan as assigned
- > Brainstorm and develop ideas for creative marketing campaigns.
- > Managing and developing contacts, accounts, leads and opportunities.
Qualifications
- > Field sales experience particularly selling Guarding and Alarm services
- > Excellent proposal and report writing
- > Diploma in Marketing/Sales, Business Administration or related field of study
- > Good knowledge of security services pricing
- > Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- > Excellent knowledge of winning strategies within the security services industry
- > 3 years progressive Sales & Marketing experience, Experience in Private Security Industry is an added advantage
- > Strong commercial and financial awareness and marketing focus.
