DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
i.To conduct installation, configuration, and standardization of hardware and software pertaining to reliable and consistent use of both Email and Internet communication;
ii.To troubleshoot all network and computer related issues;
iii.To monitor performance and manage parameters to provide fast responses to front-end users;
iv.To provide input for the preparation of the ICT policy document;
v.To provide input for the preparation of systems design;
vi.To participate in the configuration desktop computers, servers and network devices to their optimal performance levels;
vii.To provide support to end-users of the Corporation’s information systems; and
viii.To perform any other related duties as may be assigned by the Supervisor.

QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE
Bachelor Degree in either Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Information Technology, Database Administration, Computer Systems Analysis, Computer Systems Security, Network Administration, Computer Applications, Computer Programming.
