PURPOSE OF JOB:

Reporting to the Head of Marketing and Communication, the Marketing Manager will be responsible for enhancing the bank’s brand image and increasing utilization of the bank’s products, facilities, services and delivery channels

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

> Co-create, evaluating and maintaining a marketing strategy towards building brand awareness and positioning
> Managing the design and execution of marketing and promotional activities, marketing plans for new and existing products/services and supporting the bank’s business functions in achieving their targets
> Embedding, enhancing and encouraging the development of a creative culture whilst ensuring compliance with the bank’s goals

KEY QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

> A Master’s degree in Marketing, Trade, International Development or MBA on a related area and with relevant qualifications from a recognized university will be an added advantage but not a deciding factor
> Minimum of 6 years, relevant working experience, of which 2 should be at managerial level
> A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, or a related area and relevant qualifications from a recognized university
