Job description;

Position: Sales officer – (1 Post )

Raha Beverages Co. Limited is a beverages Company based in Arusha Municipality, Tanzania. We are recruiting a highly organized, detailed, and experience leader to manage our sales team.

The sales officer will lead the company’s effort to expand product sales and distribution across Tanzania, build and deploy sales force, development and implement systems and tools across all sales channels, and manage data analytics tools to optimize revenue and sales performance.

Qualification & Experience

> Must have valid motor vehicle driving license
> At least 2-3 years of experience in sales of alcoholic beverages.
> Flexible to travel extensively within and outside region
> Holder of university degree or equivalent in sales and marketing management from recognize institute.

Duties and Major Responsibilities

> Leases with Logistics department and other applicable parties to ensure timely transportation and distribution of the company’s product to customers.
> Create and implement strategies to grow sales volume and revenue across multiple channels.
> Collaborate with senior management team to develop annual, quarterly, monthly, and daily sales target. Communicate and manage performance target for all members of sales team across all channels.
> Devise Marketing information system for continuous update of market conditions, customers preferences pricing and other issues affecting company product.
> Create routes -to-market framework, and develop systems for prospecting, market, sales and after- sales support for retail clients.
> To invest recurring complaints, customer complaints and suggest possible solution.
