Description
BVM Consultancy Agency is a management and human resources firm in Tanzania. It provides local businesses with staffing solutions, recruitment, and professional HR management. The agency places candidates in both temporary and permanent roles
Gross Salary: TZS 1.0 million – 1.2 million per month
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities.
- Promote and sell technical products and engineering solutions.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and technical presentations.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Provide after-sales support and coordinate with technical teams.
Qualifications:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in technical sales or engineering sales.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
- Ability to meet sales targets and work independently.
