We are also looking for a skilled Human Resources and Administration Manager to enhance the institution's well-functioning workforce, implement effective human resources and administration systems, and foster a culture of excellence that reflects our commitment to excellent guest service.

1 Position For Human Resources & Administration Manager

Summary
Reporting to the Group CEO, the HR and Administration Manager will provide strategic leadership across all aspects of human resources and administration across the Company
The successful candidate will be responsible for establishing robust HR policies, systems and procedures, attracting and developing talent, ensuring compliance with employment laws, and managing the Company’s administrative support services to enable efficient business operations
Key responsibilities:
- A develop, implement and continuously improve the Company’s Human Resources policies, procedures and systems
- The Lead workforce planning, recruitment, selection, onboarding and induction of employees
- A Design and implement performance management and employee development programs
- The Coordinate staff training and succession planning initiatives
- The Manage employee relations, disciplinary processes and grievance handling
- To ensure compliance with Tanzanian labour legislation and employment best practices
- A Oversee compensation, benefits administration, leave management and personnel records
- A Foster a positive organizational culture that promotes professionalism, accountability and service excellence
- To establish and oversee efficient administrative systems and operational procedures.
- A Oversee procurement of office equipment and administrative supplies
- The Coordinate facilities management, security services, utilities and office maintenance
- To Supervise administrative personnel and service providers
- A Maintain company records and administrative documentation.
- A Ensure compliance with health, safety and organizational standards.
Qualifications
- Also Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Public Administration, or a related field
- Master’s Degree will be an added advantage
- The Professional HR certification is desirable
- To Minimum of 7 years’ relevant experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial position.
- Experience in the hospitality, tourism, hotel, or lodge industry will be highly preferred
- To Demonstrated experience establishing HR and administrative systems
- The Strong knowledge of Tanzanian labor legislation
- An Excellent leadership, interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
- To High level of integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality
- The Strong computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office and HR information systems
