ABC lawyers have advised Gaia Energy Holding on various issues related to the expansion of its business in Tanzania under the SPV.

Gaia Energy, is a leading leader in the development of the largest renewable energy sector in Africa. It is the first domestic company to develop large-scale renewable energy projects in Africa, adopting the highest international and top-level technical standards in more than 10 countries with a pipeline of 3.4 GW projects under development.

Involve a partner and work with the utilities, grid operators and government to influence Africa. Gaia has offices in six countries and a cultural team throughout Africa. We currently employ 40 experienced employees who provide them with practical flexibility in marketing.

Its introduction in Tanzania will certainly accelerate countries in need of renewable energy to facilitate fast-growing economies.
