Our Passport of Successful Life Skills and Professional and Vocational Training has helped more than 185,000 young men and women become bold company players looking to hire. With a demand-driven approach, we are constantly refining how we meet partner and market needs.

As we support young people in the way of work and economic freedom, we always work to make sure that this kind of positive change is sustainable after the program ends. We have decades of history focused on maximizing impact through partnerships and strengthening partners' ability to provide youth resilience services.
